Job summary

Garrisons Lake Golf Club in Smyrna, DE, part of Troon, is seeking a part-time Bartender to join a fast-paced hospitality team. You will mix and serve beverages, manage inventory, and ensure legal compliance while delivering guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, and assists in cost control and inventory.
• Maintains inventory records and communicates needs to management.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and operating procedures.
• Handles guest requests and concerns.
• Performs opening/closing duties including cash handling and restocking.
• Operates the POS system for transactions.
• Reviews banquet schedules and serves at catered events.
• Occasionally serves meals to guests.
