Rock Manor Golf Course in Wilmington, DE, part of Troon, is seeking a driven part-time bartender to deliver friendly service, create drinks, handle payments, and keep the bar area clean in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements include 1–2 years bartending experience, 21+ age, knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails, strong guest focus and reliable work ethic. Compensation is $5.50 per hour with eligibility for health benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience.
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes.
• Strong customer/guest orientation.
• Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable and reliable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain bar supplies and glassware.
• Keep bar areas clean and sanitary.
• Adhere to beverage laws and age verification.
• Collect payment for drinks served.
• Greet guests and provide immediate attention.
• Learn regulars by name and greet them.
• Monitor guest experience to ensure best service.
• Inspect bar before opening for supplies.
• Prepare garnishes and drinks.
• Perform closing duties and cleanup.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Support all policies communicated by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
