Role Description

We seek a passionate part-time barista to deliver exceptional customer service, support bakery operations, and embody our mission. Experience in customer service is preferred.

Baker Responsibilities & Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent hospitality.
• Prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and seasonal drinks per recipes.
• Educate customers about the menu and suggest add-ons.
• Handle cash transactions accurately following procedures.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Work collaboratively to ensure smooth operations.
• Know bakery products and allergens to assist customers.
• Support kitchen and catering teams as needed.
• Pay attention to detail, work efficiently under pressure, and resolve issues promptly.
• Be responsible, punctual, and reliable.
• Stand for long periods.

Work Hours, Compensation & Benefits

• 16-24 hours per week, mainly Fridays to Mondays.
• Starting at $17.50/hour plus tips.
