Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests, ensuring quality presentation per established standards.
2. Greet all guests and take beverage and food orders promptly and professionally.
3. Prepare and serve food and beverages, presenting them according to health and presentation standards.
4. Clear and clean tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness of tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors.
5. Perform side-work and other opening or closing duties, ensuring wait staff stations are maintained.
6. Report service or safety issues to Outlet Management and make service recovery gestures to ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Handle guest payments and transactions as per procedures.
8. Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in food service with knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Alcohol awareness certification, food service permit, or health/food handler card as required by local regulations.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills for order taking, paperwork, and handling cash.
• Ability to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
