Job Summary

Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related items, handle food according to HACCP standards, and interact courteously with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders into POS; accept payments.
3. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
4. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and temperature standards.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
6. Follow recipes and standards for food prep.
7. Keep display areas attractive and clean.
8. Greet customers courteously and ensure satisfaction.
9. Assist in selling and explain menu items.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
