Job Title: Part-Time Barista

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, following HACCP standards. Interact courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Accurately enter orders into POS; accept payments.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Explain menu items accurately and promote sales techniques.
• Ensure attractive display of foods and neat serving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
