B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group in Tysons, VA is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver food and beverages while supporting banquet setup and breakdown. You will help create an inviting guest experience and ensure compliance with health regulations and local liquor laws.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of guest service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired or ability to obtain.
Minimum one year of guest service experience.

Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Set up, maintain, and take down banquet rooms after service/event completion.
Ensure exceptional guest service and inviting atmosphere.
Follow health regulations and local liquor laws.
Adhere to cost controls to reduce expenses and waste.
Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with policies.
Assist bartenders and work as a team to meet guest needs.
