The role requires one year of bartending experience or bartender certification, English proficiency, and adherence to safety and health regulations. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must have one or more years of bartending experience or Bartender certification.
• Must be able to speak, understand, and write English.
• TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired, or the ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner and take, prepare and deliver beverage orders to standards.
• Dispense appropriate levels of alcohol; prepare drinks to recipe and brand standards; monitor for policy compliance.
• Bussing/cleaning: dispose of garbage, restock barware, clean bar area and glassware.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner; manage end-of-shift inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and ensure sanitation and safety regulations are followed.
• Plan, organize and prioritize duties; attend department and hotel meetings; adhere to attendance policy.
• Work as a team and contribute to a positive guest experience.
