Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a polite and energetic Banquet Server Assistant to support banquet staff in a fast‑-paced hotel setting.

You will help set, clear and reset tables, stock supplies, and maintain a clean, safe dining area while following health regulations. The role requires AM/PM flexibility for scheduling, including weekends and holidays, with a base pay of $18–$19.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Must have ability to speak, understand, and write English.
• Experience in guest service and hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist banquet staff with setting, clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
• Stock supplies and keep areas clean in accordance with health regulations.
• Follow high standards of guest service to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with serving duties and upsell menu items when appropriate.
• Work AM/PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
