B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a professional bartender in Tysons, VA to deliver friendly, accurate beverage service and maintain a welcoming bar atmosphere. You will adhere to health regulations and brand standards while supporting guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least one year of bartending experience or certification, with TIPS or CARE certification preferred. You will work in a fast-paced hotel bar environment, following brand procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years bartender experience or Bartender certification required.
• TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired, or ability to obtain.
• Must be able to speak, understand, and write English for guest service and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders at the bar.
• Prepare drinks to recipes and brand standards.
• Monitor guest identifications and ensure legal service.
• Keep bar clean, restock glassware and bar tools.
• Complete paperwork and assist with inventory as needed.
