Troon in Tustin, CA is hiring a part-time Banquet Server. You will help set up and break down banquet spaces, relay orders, and ensure high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in hospitality, a high school diploma or GED (or related experience), and offers morning, afternoon, or night shifts, including weekends and holidays. ServSafe or TIPS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry.
• Part-time availability with morning, afternoon and night shifts; weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• ServSafe Certified or TIPS equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assist with setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
• Relay food and beverage orders and communicate special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary practices in FOH & BOH.
• Anticipate guests' needs and exceed service expectations.
• Present professional appearance and demeanor.
• Perform other duties as required.
