Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of food service experience, a High School Diploma, and the ability to obtain a liquor license. This position emphasizes guest satisfaction, professionalism, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of food service experience.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Must possess proper liquor commission serving card.

Responsibilities

• Provide a memorable guest experience.
• Must be team oriented.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
• Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in a timely manner.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests.
• Checks back to ensure guest satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requested.
• Keeps tables, dining room and workstation(s) sanitized and organized.
• Listen and respond to customer complaints.
• Performs set up, clean-up/breakdown procedures as assigned by manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
