Job summary

Troon in Tustin, CA is hiring a part-time Banquet Server. You will help set up and break down banquet spaces, relay orders, and ensure high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in hospitality, a high school diploma or GED (or related experience), and offers morning, afternoon, or night shifts, including weekends and holidays. ServSafe or TIPS certification is preferred.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$20.00-$20.50 per hour.

Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area

Relay food and beverage orders (if applicable)

Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices, both FOH & BOH

Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations

Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

Helping maintains clean and clear tables

Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person (if applicable)

Respond urgently and appropriately with any concerns to the Event Manager

Present in professional appearance and mannerisms

Minimum of 1 year in the service industry

Physical Demands:
