Job summary

Tustin Ranch Golf Club in Tustin, CA is seeking a driven part-time Server to join our hospitality team at Troon. You will greet guests, describe daily specials, take orders, deliver meals with accuracy, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining an organized workstation.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED and basic POS experience; Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness training is preferred. This role offers hourly pay of $17.00–$17.50 plus tips and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and speak English; clear communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt attention to guests upon seating.
• Describe daily specials and answer menu questions.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Provide follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and tastings.
• Maintain an organized workstation and execute side work.
• Set up and break down stations each shift.
• Process checks and cash using POS system.
• Follow established service standards and tray service.
• Cross-train in bartending service when needed.
