Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time Banquet Server at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Coral Springs Hotel & Conference Center in Coral Springs, FL. You will set up banquet spaces, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction with timely service and care.

You will maintain clean banquet areas, assist guests, and uphold food safety standards while working flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food Safety certification or training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet spaces per Banquet Event Orders.
• Serve food and beverages with focus on timing and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Support the event contact and manage guest needs professionally.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and company policies.
