Job summary

The Atrium Hospitality is seeking a courteous Banquet Server for full-time work at our Fort Lauderdale area venue. You will set up and break down banquet events, ensure timely service, and support the banquet team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications include customer service experience, at least 6 months in banquet service, and the ability to obtain food and alcohol certifications within 90 days. Physical stamina is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with linens, polished silverware, and chip-free china.
• Coordinate the flow of service to ensure meals are served on time.
• Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver guest experiences from coffee breaks to full-service dinners.
• Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory.
