Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a reliable, service-oriented team member to maintain banquet spaces and support smooth event operations. You will assist with setup, breakdown, and general maintenance to create a welcoming, organized environment for guests and clients.

You will set up banquet rooms, move and arrange furniture, keep areas clean, support staff, monitor supplies, follow safety procedures, and provide courteous help throughout functions.

Qualifications

• Part-time scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to lift and move equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Banquet or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

• Break down and reset event spaces efficiently and safely after functions are complete.
• Assist with moving, arranging, and storing banquet furniture and supplies.

• Support event staff with additional needs before, during, and after functions.
• Monitor supplies and report maintenance or inventory concerns as needed.
