Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic Event Services Associate (Part-Time) to support a variety of events, from weddings to meetings, ensuring guest success and exceptional experiences.

You will set up and dismantle spaces, assist with event operations, and coordinate with Sales, Banquet, and Event teams to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Banquet, and Event teams to ensure events are executed smoothly.
• Set up and tear down event spaces according to floor plans and BEOs.
• Ensure all event areas are prepared accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of event equipment and storage areas.
• Provide on-site event support and address operational needs.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain audio/visual equipment for meetings and events.
• Track and replenish event materials and supplies as needed.
• Assist with beverage service and other event-related duties.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards while handling equipment.

Event Services Associate (Part-Time)

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Event Services Associate to support the successful execution of a variety of events, including weddings, banquets, tournaments, meetings, and special gatherings. This role is responsible for setting up and dismantling event spaces, assisting with event operations, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and thrives as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Banquet, and Event teams to ensure events are executed smoothly and exceed guest expectations.
• Set up and tear down event spaces according to floor plans, event specifications, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Ensure all event areas are prepared accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of event equipment and storage areas.
• Provide on-site event support and proactively address operational needs or unexpected issues.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain audio/visual equipment for meetings and events.
• Track and replenish event materials and supplies as needed.
• Assist with beverage service and other event-related duties when required.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards while handling equipment and event materials.

Compensation & Benefits
