Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.
• Fluent knowledge of English; reading, understanding, speaking and listening.
• Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the position with reasonable accommodations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard recipes and execute large batch cookery.
• Lead production and ensure timely preparation of meals.
• Train and coach kitchen staff; provide feedback.
• Maintain highest quality and appearance of all foods.
• Monitor par levels to maintain freshness and quality.
• Rotate foods and complete production charts.
• Minimize waste through proper portion control.
• Store leftovers with dating procedures.
• Keep kitchen areas clean and organized daily.
• Requisition supplies with FIFO in health-compliant manner.
• All other duties as assigned.
