Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at the Grand Forks South Washington Office. This role supports daily operations, handles customer transactions, and provides friendly, attentive service in a team-oriented setting.

The schedule is in-office, 1-6:15 MWF with rotating Saturdays, 8:45-12:15. Pay ranges from $17.50–$18.50 per hour with a Saturday differential of +$5/hour and 15–19 hours per week, with eligibility for benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive, upbeat attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with everyday banking transactions.
• Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy.
• Follow service, security, and compliance guidelines.
