Job summary

Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Grand Forks South Washington Office. In-office role with a Tuesday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays, enabling friendly, efficient service to customers.

You will handle daily transactions, open accounts, educate customers on products, and ensure security and compliance while supporting a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions.
• Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding.
• Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy.
• Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines.
