Zions Bancorporation is seeking a bilingual Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Southwest Denver, CO area. This part-time role (25 hours/week) focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while handling transactions and basic banking services.

Responsibilities include balancing cash, opening accounts, processing transfers, and cross-selling products. The position requires High School Diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills in Spanish or Vietnamese.

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs.

Responsabilidades

• Process debit and credit transactions in accordance with bank policies, maintaining accurate balancing records.
• Identify client needs and provide banking services such as new accounts, transfers, and card services.
• Resolve client issues and refer to branch resources when needed.
• Cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
