Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate teller window and process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash verification with accuracy.
• Open new accounts and certificates of deposit; complete paperwork accurately.
• Answer customer questions and provide account information; escalate as needed.
• Perform daily branch tasks such as night deposits, ATM servicing, and opening/closing duties.
• Assist with cross-selling bank products and refer clients to other departments.
• Follow management directions and comply with policies and procedures.
