Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank is seeking a part-time Teller to support daily transactions, maintain strong customer relationships, and uphold privacy and security standards. You will engage customers to identify financial needs, promote products, and contribute to the customer experience in the banking center.

You will participate in ongoing development through Pathways and training, while earning quarterly incentives for sales and service performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment with a track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving and professionalism.
• Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office, Internet and bank systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance by protecting customer privacy and security, processing daily transactions, and following cash handling guidelines.
• Grow consumer relationships through inbound calls, drive-thru interactions, and marketing campaigns; seek referrals.
