Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in branch risk management processes and follow security procedures.
• Help manage operational loss and balance cash with oversight.
• Comply with federal, state, local regulations and bank policies.
• Operate and understand branch equipment and its functionality.
• Identify sales opportunities and participate in campaigns.
• Maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in person and by phone.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Process proof work, deposits, cash items, and other cash handling tasks.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
