Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Prior Teller experience and basic knowledge of banking regulations preferred.
• Strong organizational and numerical skills; detail-oriented and quick learner.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate teller window and process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and balance cash drawer.
• Open new accounts and certificates of deposit, and provide information to customers.
• Handle customer questions and escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Perform daily branch functions including night deposits, ATM servicing, and opening/closing.
• Cross-sell bank products and services by referring clients to other departments.
• Follow management directions and bank policies.
