Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of experience in customer service/contact capacity required.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service/contact capacity for Level II.
• 2+ years of customer service/contact capacity and 1+ years in sales in financial industry for Level III.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming email and telephone calls per Call Center standards.
• Provide general information on CPB products/services and assist with banking needs.
• Cross-sell CPB products and services to customers.
• Document and escalate customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Navigate electronic banking systems to assist with online banking and related services.
