Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of experience in Customer service.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer service with 1+ year in sales within financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming email and telephone calls from customers according to Call Center standards.
• Provide customers with account information and resolve problems; escalate as needed.
• Document and/or elevate issues to ensure customer concerns are addressed.
• Cross-sell various bank products and services.
• Navigate multiple systems to input/retrieve information for electronic banking needs.
