Central Pacific Bank (HI) in Honolulu is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Rep for the Call Center (30 hours/week). You will handle customer inquiries by email and phone, provide product information, and resolve issues in a professional manner consistent with CPB values.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, cross-selling bank services, and routing requests to appropriate teams. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 6+ months of customer service experience,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
6+ months of experience in customer service/contact capacity required.
1+ years of experience in customer service/contact capacity required (Customer Experience II).
2+ years of experience in customer service/contact capacity required plus 1+ years of sales experience in financial industry.

Responsabilités

Handle incoming email/telephone calls in accordance with Call Center standards and assist customers with banking needs.
Provide customers with account information and help resolve problems and issues.
Cross-sell various bank products and services.
Navigate multiple systems to input and retrieve information for electronic banking needs.
Obtain and examine information to assess complaints and determine causes.
