Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Banker to serve walk-in customers in East Lansing, MI. You will act as a financial concierge, handling customer transactions accurately while identifying deposit and other banking needs.

You will proactively grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, educate customers on banking products, and collaborate with partners to deepen customer connections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
