Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Confident using tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles.
• Knowledge of banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Passionate about helping customers and delivering personal experiences.
• Results-focused in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers as they walk into the branch lobby and offers guidance on digital/self-serve options.
• Identifies referral opportunities with BMO partners to grow customer relationships.
• Provide personal banking and investment guidance when appropriate.
• Meet transaction needs with accurate and seamless execution.
• Support branch operations and risk/compliance processes as required.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
