Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a part-time banking professional to deliver exceptional service, identify customer needs, and guide clients through digital options in a collaborative branch environment.

Responsibilities include needs-based conversations, transaction execution, and supporting branch operations while maintaining risk and regulatory compliance. 20 hours/week with potential scheduling variations across branches.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or equivalent education/experience.
• Canada only: Investment product registration requirement (context dependent).
• Comfort with using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales with a personal customer focus.
• Knowledge of basic banking and business solutions for referrals.
• Demonstrated passion for helping customers.
• Commitment to delivering a personal customer experience.
• Results-oriented with a consultative, team-based approach.
• Self-starting, courageous, and able to approach customers.
• Willingness to collaborate in various team roles.
