Job summary

BMO U.S. is seeking a part-time Retail Banking Associate to deliver outstanding service to customers and prospects in the branch. You will identify needs, offer appropriate financial solutions, and guide clients to digital channels to simplify banking.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills to identify customer needs.
• Comfort with using social media, tablets, smartphones and online tools.
