Job summary

BMO U.S. is seeking a part-time Retail Banking Sales & Service associate to deliver exceptional service in a branch setting.

You will identify customer needs, offer financial solutions, and promote digital banking options to provide a fast, convenient banking experience. As a lobby leader, you will support client conversations, perform routine transactions, and work with partners to meet branch goals while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
