Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a part-time Teller in Freehold, NJ to be the welcoming, knowledgeable first point of contact for clients. You will process everyday banking transactions, educate customers on self-serve options, and refer clients to specialists as needed to support their financial goals.

With a high school diploma or GED and about a year of client-facing experience, you will excel in a fast-paced branch by delivering accurate service, maintaining compliance, and helping clients feel informed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED requirement.
1 year of experience working with clients preferred (volunteering, education, military experience counts).
Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Strong organization and communication skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through transactions and referrals to partners.
Deliver hospitality-focused client experiences and educate clients on products and digital options.
Perform a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
Identify client needs and escalate non-standard issues per policy and procedure.
Maintain AML and regulatory compliance in daily activities.
