Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience counted).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with clear and concise delivery.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and scheduling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Not required but beneficial: Notary License.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guide traffic flow as the hospitality ambassador of the location.
• Perform accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve options, guiding them to the right partners.
• Understand basic banking products to assess client needs and offer solutions.
• Handle a broad range of client transactions within established limits.
• Identify routine issues and escalate non-standard problems as needed.
• Manage client inquiries and referrals to appropriate TD partners.
• Maintain a compliant, risk-aware client experience.
