Job summary

California Bank & Trust in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to join our branch team. You will be the face of the branch, handling daily transactions and providing friendly, personalized service to clients.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-1+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience
• Advance knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking
• Working knowledge of math
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in accordance with policies and procedures and maintain balancing records
• Open new accounts and perform account maintenance; issue checks and activate/issue ATM cards
• Assist clients with money transfers, loan payments, and other banking needs
• Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities to meet client needs
• Possibly relocate within ~30 miles of branch and perform other duties as assigned
