Job summary

California Bank & Trust, a division of Zions Bancorporation, seeks a customer-focused Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Scripps Poway San Diego branch. You will be the face of the branch, delivering personal service to clients while helping them navigate daily banking needs.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30am–5:30pm, with a base salary range of $21–$25 hourly. Benefits begin on day one, including health, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, tuition

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ months cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies.
• Identify and address clients' needs by offering services such as new accounts and money transfers.
• Resolve client problems directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Cross-sell bank products and services based on client needs and opportunities.
• May be reassigned to another branch location within ~30 miles as needed.
