Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience count).
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with concise, clear interaction.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Able to schedule and prioritize work.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Notary license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers everyday banking and basic account opening/maintenance.
• Serves as first contact for client inquiries and referrals to partners.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities.
• Proactively schedules appointments for consumer account needs and opportunities.
• Identifies client needs and refers to specialists to deepen relationships.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness.
• Acts as hospitality ambassador for the location and guides client flow.
