Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1 year of client-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center, guiding client flow and delivering high-touch service.
• Executes everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while deepening client relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities, referring to specialists when needed.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements during client interactions.
