Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience count).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization and communication skills; able to work independently.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and inquiries.
• Serves as hospitality ambassador delivering relationship-driven client service.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities; connects them to TD specialists as needed.
• Balances client needs with policy, risk awareness and compliant outcomes.
