Qualifications

• Ability to engage clients and explain technology solutions.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and correct banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage lobby flow to create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while adhering to policies.
• Educate clients on Chase digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening and guiding clients to the right experts.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices and ATM duties per policies.
