Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering friendly service and greeting clients entering the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on mobile and online banking, using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates.
• Support branch operations and cash-handling tasks in compliance with procedures.
