Job summary

TD Bank is seeking an Associate Banker II in Clementon, NJ (20 hours, onsite) to provide hospitality-driven, relationship-focused banking support. You will manage client flow, handle everyday transactions, and guide customers through product options while adhering to risk and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma and 1+ years of client-facing experience, with cash-handling background and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and referrals.
• Deliver everyday banking and consumer product support with a high-touch customer experience.
• Educate clients on banking products, digital capabilities and services.
• Schedule appointments for consumer account needs and deepen opportunities with clients.
• Escalate non-standard issues and refer clients to specialists as needed.
