BMO U.S. is seeking a part-time lobby leader to deliver exceptional service and guidance to customers in Des Moines. The role collaborates with branch partners to grow relationships beyond personal banking and to promote digital and self-serve channels.

The position emphasizes needs-based conversations, activity across channels, and adherence to risk and regulatory requirements while delivering accurate, complete work and contributing to branch results.

Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months) - as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, Smart phones, online tools, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities.
• Welcomes and guides customers and offers advice on digital/self-serve options.
• As a lobby leader, conducts client conversations about banking services and investments.
• Meets customer transaction-based needs with seamless execution.
• Reviews customer profiles to identify opportunities and address banking needs.
• Supports operational activities (inventory, requests, filing, opening/closing).
• Acts as a key member of a collaborative branch and market team.
• Incorporates marketing promotions into customer conversations.
