Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales.
• Familiar with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.

• Ability to follow risk and compliance processes.

• Identify referral opportunities with Bank partners to grow customer relationships.
• Welcome customers and guide on digital and self-serve options.
• Conduct client conversations about banking services and provide personal banking guidance.
• Meet transaction-based needs with seamless execution.
• Review customer profiles to identify opportunities and address banking needs.
• Support branch operations and risk/compliance processes.
• Collaborate with branch and market teams and adapt to varying shifts.
• Keep up-to-date with financial marketplace and regulatory environment.
