Formación

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic and delivering a high-touch banking experience.
• Perform everyday banking transactions accurately and proactively identify client needs.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital tools, guiding them to self-serve solutions.
• Escalate non-standard issues and refer clients to appropriate partners.
• Maintain compliance with policies and risk controls while delivering exceptional service.
