Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred
• Evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Complete required job-related training on hire
• Strong organization to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication, concise and clear
• Problem-solving skills
• Schedule and prioritize work
• Work independently and within deadlines
• Sound judgment in decision making
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Notary License preferred

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering a high touch experience
• Performs accurate everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships
• Educates clients on products and self-serve solutions, referring to partners when needed
• Uses insights to recommend client solutions and turn routine transactions into moments
• Handles a broad range of client transactions within limits and escalates non-standard issues
