Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Completion of required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently and within deadlines; good judgment in decision making.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for clients and guides traffic flow while delivering high-touch service.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and identifies client needs to refer to appropriate partners.
• Educates clients on products and self-serve solutions and uses insights to suggest solutions.
• Demonstrates knowledge of basic banking products to evaluate and recommend client solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
• Identifies and escalates non-standard issues to appropriate internal teams.
