You will build trusted client relationships, explain solutions, and work with a team of experts to help clients achieve their financial goals.

The role emphasizes attentive service, accurate handling of transactions, and adherence to banking policies while promoting digital self-service tools for convenience and satisfaction.

Formación

• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Ability to understand and explain banking products and procedures.
• Comfort with technology and learning new self-service tools.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies.
